This page explains how to request removal or restriction of content connected to Gensomnia. Our service prohibits minors, real persons, illegal content, non-consensual content, and rights-infringing content. Reports can be submitted even if you do not have an account.

2. What Can Be Removed

You may request removal or review of content that:

• Depicts or appears to depict a real person.
• Involves minors or underage-looking persons.
• Violates your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Contains illegal, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual material.
• Violates our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. How to Submit a Request

Email support@gensomnia.com and include:

• A clear description of the content.
• Relevant URL, generation ID, screenshot, or account identifier if available.
• Your relationship to the content or rights involved.
• The reason removal is requested.
• Your contact email for follow-up.

4. Verification

We may request additional information to verify the report, confirm your relationship to the content, or evaluate a rights claim. We use verification only to process the request and prevent abuse of the removal process.

5. Review Timeline

We aim to review valid removal requests within 5 business days. Urgent reports involving minors, exploitation, credible threats, or illegal content are prioritized and may be escalated under our Complaint and Abuse Policy.

6. Possible Actions

After review, we may:

• Remove or restrict access to content.
• Disable links or generated files.
• Suspend or terminate the responsible account.
• Preserve evidence for legal or safety purposes.
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities.
