Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed on Gensomnia. It applies to prompts, uploads, generated images, account activity, payment activity, and any use of our services.

2. Adults Only

Gensomnia is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. You may not use the service if you are under 18 or if adult-oriented content is illegal where you live.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is never allowed:

• Any depiction, suggestion, or sexualization of minors.
• Characters or persons who appear underage, even if fictional.
• Real persons, public figures, private individuals, influencers, performers, or lookalikes.
• Non-consensual, coercive, abusive, exploitative, or humiliating content.
• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
• Bestiality, incest, sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation.
• Extreme violence, terrorism, extremist propaganda, or credible threats.
• Harassment, doxxing, blackmail, impersonation, or targeted abuse.
• Hateful content based on protected characteristics.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

4. No Real Persons

Gensomnia is for fictional and stylized character artwork only. Do not upload or generate images of actual people, celebrities, public figures, private individuals, ex-partners, classmates, coworkers, or anyone who is intended to resemble a real person.

5. No Minors

Any content involving minors is prohibited, including fictional characters that look underage, age-ambiguous sexualized content, school-child framing, or attempts to describe a minor as older. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt to bypass moderation, age checks, paywalls, or rate limits.
• Use stolen payment methods or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
• Sell, distribute, or promote illegal content.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or abusive automation.
• Probe, hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems.
• Resell access to Gensomnia without written permission.
• Use the service to train, benchmark, or build a competing AI model.

7. User Accountability

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any content you create, save, share, or publish using Gensomnia. If your account is used by someone else, you remain responsible unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

8. Reporting Violations

To report prohibited content, real-person misuse, minors, illegal content, rights violations, fraud, or platform abuse, follow our Complaint and Abuse Policy or contact support@gensomnia.com.

9. Enforcement

If we believe this policy was violated, we may:

• Block or remove content.
• Limit, suspend, or terminate accounts.
• Forfeit credits or membership benefits where allowed by law.
• Preserve evidence for investigation.
• Report illegal activity to payment partners, hosting providers, or law enforcement.
• Refuse future service.

10. Updates

We may update this policy to address new risks, legal requirements, payment provider requirements, or product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
